This position requires a strategic leader who can manage a large team of 20 professionals, driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations including demand planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 10 to 12 years of experience especially within the electronics, manufacturing, or FMCG industries, and preferably the automotive sector. This role demands a proactive and analytical professional who can handle complex demand forecasting and inventory planning to match company goals and market demands. The Manager Supply Chain will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential to manage and mentor a sizable team, foster collaboration, and implement best practices in supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Lead and manage the supply chain team of 20 members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
• Oversee demand planning and forecasting activities to balance inventory with customer demand accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong partnership dynamics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to synchronize supply chain activities and improve overall business performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain functions and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all supply chain operations.
• Address and resolve any supply chain disruptions promptly to minimize impact on production and customer satisfaction.
