Thal Engineering Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Operator Officer with at least five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate focuses on enhancing processes within manufacturing operations and ensures smooth workflow execution. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to company policies, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges without direct team management responsibilities. The Operator Officer plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the company. In this position, the Operator Officer collaborates with various departments to streamline production activities, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to process improvement efforts. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication and organizational skills to provide timely updates on work progress, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure that assigned tasks align with company standards and goals. The successful candidate embraces a positive attitude and demonstrates persistence in achieving operational excellence despite educational limitations.
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned operational tasks accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
- Monitor manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear and timely communication regarding work status and any challenges faced.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality guidelines during all operational activities.
- Document and report operational data and incidents to the relevant supervisors as required.
- Assist in training or guiding new operators when needed to ensure compliance with operational protocols.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss workflow, company policies, and potential improvements.
- Contribute positively to the organizational culture by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
- Report any disruptions or deviations in the production process promptly to ensure swift resolution.
