The Ayk Overseas Bureau is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing a team of 25 skilled maintenance personnel to ensure the effective operation and upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair and demonstrates a commitment to safety compliance and technical documentation. With a minimum of two years of relevant experience, the Maintenance Supervisor will drive the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational excellence. This position requires a proactive leader who can coordinate and manage maintenance activities, mentor team members, and maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to schedule maintenance tasks, identify potential technical issues before they escalate, and implement solutions that enhance performance and prolong equipment lifespan. This role is fundamental to supporting the company’s operational goals by fostering a safe, well-maintained work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 25 maintenance personnel to ensure timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to avoid equipment failures and production delays.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems in equipment and machinery.
• Perform hands-on equipment repair and maintenance to maintain optimal functionality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation related to maintenance activities and repairs.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan maintenance shutdowns and minimize impact on operations.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and performance.
• Monitor maintenance inventory and requisition tools, parts, and supplies as needed.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce equipment downtime.
