Description
As a Juice Bar Tender at The Juice Bar, you will primarily be responsible for crafting fresh juices and smoothies according to established recipes while ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will manage ingredient stock levels, perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of the work area and equipment, and operate commercial blenders safely. Since this role does not involve managing a team, you will focus fully on direct service tasks, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily operational needs. Your ability to uphold strict hygiene standards, accurately follow menu items, and assist customers with their orders will be critical to driving customer satisfaction and the success of our juice bar.
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and other beverages following standardized recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering menu questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate commercial blenders and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and utensils in accordance with food safety standards.
- Wash and sanitize all produce and ingredients to ensure high quality and safety for consumption.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following company cash handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly and report or restock supplies to ensure availability of ingredients and materials.
- Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to assist customers effectively.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members and management to support overall juice bar operations and customer satisfaction.
