Description
We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate who wants to learn how a business operates and grow with the company.
This is an entry-level role. You do not need extensive previous experience. We are more interested in your attitude, responsibility, punctuality, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership of your work.
What You Will Initially Do
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate business records
- Learn our business processes, products, and day-to-day operations
- Assist the team with routine operational tasks
- Learn and support advertising and marketing activities
- Communicate with team members and follow up on assigned work
- Prepare basic reports and updates
As you gain experience, you will be expected to take more responsibility, work independently, and eventually help manage and guide other team members handling data-entry and operational work.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to gather relevant data and insights influencing business decisions.
- Assist with data analysis using tools such as Excel to organize and interpret information effectively.
- Support daily business operations by performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand advertising strategies and contribute to campaign execution.
- Apply strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism in all assigned tasks.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new business processes and technologies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for various business functions.
- Develop problem-solving skills through hands-on operational work and project participation.
- Prepare to assume increasing responsibility with the goal of leading projects or teams over time.
