Description
The Question Mark Production is seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our creative team, leading a team of six talented individuals. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in video editing and demonstrates a strong command of industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. A foundational understanding of artificial intelligence applications in video production is also required to enhance our innovative approach. In this role, you will oversee the editing process from raw footage to finalized content, collaborating closely with producers and creative directors to deliver compelling visual stories. Your leadership will ensure consistent quality and timely delivery while mentoring the team to develop their technical abilities and creativity in alignment with company standards and project goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of six video editors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high-quality output.
- Edit raw video footage into polished final products using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Incorporate AI tools and techniques to optimize video creation and post-production workflows.
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and creative vision.
- Maintain consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and project deadlines throughout the editing process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during editing or post-production.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their video editing skills and familiarity with new technologies.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on team members’ edits to improve overall quality.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, software updates, and AI developments relevant to video production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
