The Vital Mart is seeking a diligent and skilled CCTV Operator based in Lahore to join our security team. This role involves monitoring and operating CCTV camera systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises and assets. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in surveillance monitoring and video recording management, with strong attention to detail and the ability to respond swiftly to incidents. This position requires working closely with a team of four members, fostering effective coordination and communication to maintain optimal surveillance operations. As a CCTV Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of security cameras both on-site and remotely, managing video recording systems, and documenting any incidents with detailed reports. You will play a crucial role in identifying suspicious activities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Your expertise in camera operation and remote access tools will contribute significantly to maintaining a secure environment for The Vital Mart’s facilities in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live surveillance feeds and recorded footage to detect unusual or suspicious activities.
• Operate and maintain CCTV video surveillance systems ensuring cameras are functional and positioned correctly.
• Manage video recording systems, including archiving and retrieval of footage as required.
• Utilize remote access tools to oversee camera systems in real-time from various locations.
• Prepare comprehensive incident and daily activity reports documenting any security breaches or irregularities.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 4 CCTV operators, ensuring effective teamwork and smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to security alarms or alerts, escalating incidents to relevant authorities or management.
• Conduct regular checks and routine maintenance of CCTV equipment and report technical issues.
• Adhere to company security policies and procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
• Train and mentor new team members to enhance their understanding of CCTV operations and company protocols.
