Responsibilities
- Examine and validate data elements according to established guidelines and client requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct thorough verifications by cross-referencing information from multiple sources and flag inconsistencies for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify unclear information or resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of verification outcomes and document any anomalies or issues encountered during the process.
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality agreements, and compliance protocols while handling sensitive data.
- Work efficiently during night shifts onsite, maintaining focus and productivity to meet assigned verification targets.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Report progress and escalate unresolved problems promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on verification tools, techniques, and client-specific requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment onsite.
