Description
Theevioo is seeking a diligent Verifier to join our Business Process Outsourcing team. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in data verification and customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data processed within the organization. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Verifier at Theevioo, you will be responsible for validating data accuracy, cross-checking information against source documents, and collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies. Your commitment to quality and precision will support our operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Verify and cross-check the accuracy of data against original documents and internal databases.
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain detailed records of verification activities and outcomes for audit purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify data issues and resolve inconsistencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all verification processes.
- Assist in updating and improving data verification procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing queries and concerns related to data verification.
- Work independently to meet daily verification targets and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on verification standards and tools.
- Support other team members with verification tasks when needed to ensure smooth workflow.
