The officer coordinates with onsite personnel and emergency services, when applicable, to ensure a prompt and organized resolution of incidents. Maintaining detailed logs and reports for security events and contributing to the enhancement of security protocols are fundamental responsibilities. This role requires unwavering commitment to security standards and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security surveillance systems and access control technologies to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Implement and follow emergency response procedures, coordinating actions to safeguard people and property during incidents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed security logs, documenting incidents and observations clearly and promptly.
• Identify vulnerabilities in security operations and suggest improvements to enhance overall protection measures.
• Communicate effectively with onsite staff and external agencies to ensure timely resolution of any security threats.
• Ensure compliance with all company security policies and protocols, demonstrating full responsibility for the role's importance.
• Regularly review and update procedures to adapt to new security threats and technological advancements.
• Perform routine checks on digital security equipment remotely to ensure proper functioning and immediate troubleshooting if necessary.
• Act as the first point of contact in case of security alarms or alerts, responding swiftly in alignment with established practices.
• Participate in training programs and simulations to remain prepared for various security scenarios.
