Description
Therapy Health Care Center is seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Therapist to lead the Speech Therapy Department. The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of professional experience and possesses strong expertise in speech and language assessment and therapy. This role requires overseeing a team of two professionals and delivering high-quality therapeutic services that address the speech and communication needs of diverse clients. The position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday, with working hours from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, located near Askari 10, Lahore.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to improve speech and communication abilities.
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapy strategies as necessary.
- Lead and supervise a team of two speech therapy professionals, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior therapists and support staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Educate clients and families about communication disorders and therapy techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in all therapy practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation within the Speech Therapy Department.
