The Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, filming, and editing high-quality video content that supports Threadline's brand goals and sales objectives. They will stay informed about the latest trends on social media, especially short-form video formats, to ensure content is fresh and appealing. This position demands a balance of creativity and discipline, including prompt delivery of content according to schedule and brand guidelines. The individual must confidently represent the brand on camera and maintain a positive and professional attitude. Strong communication skills and a passion for storytelling through video are essential to inspire and grow our audience. This role does not involve managing a team but requires collaboration with other departments to optimize content reach and impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute original content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms that align with brand strategy.
- Present and promote clothing and other products naturally and confidently on camera to engage the target audience.
- Follow scripts accurately while demonstrating the flexibility to improvise in order to create authentic content.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains current and maximizes viewer engagement.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to synchronize content with overall promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a professional and reliable standard.
- Edit and finalize video content to produce high-quality, visually appealing outputs suitable for social platforms.
- Manage time effectively to meet content deadlines and maintain consistent posting schedules.
- Provide examples of previous work during the application and onboarding process to demonstrate relevant experience.
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and reliability while working remotely or on-site in Karachi as required.
