Three Star Traders is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketer with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions across multiple social media platforms. You collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns. This position does not require team management but offers the opportunity to contribute to the company's digital growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Create, curate, and manage engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.

Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools to generate actionable insights and improve future campaigns.

Manage day-to-day social media platform activities, including posting schedules, community engagement, and responding to audience interactions promptly.

Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment.

Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Prepare regular reports detailing social media performance metrics and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
