Tile Station is seeking a dedicated Marketing professional fluent in English with a strong background in digital marketing, strategy, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience and demonstrates a deep understanding of various marketing channels, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and optimizing marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. The candidate will work six days a week and will not be responsible for managing a team, allowing them to focus on delivering effective and creative marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition through digital and traditional channels. Manage content creation and dissemination across platforms such as social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, using data insights to refine marketing approaches.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance using analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize outreach. Maintain fluency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, and partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and work the required six-day schedule to meet project deadlines and marketing goals.
