Description
As a Freelance Platform Intern at Torix Solutions, you will engage directly with the freelance marketplace ecosystem to enhance project bidding and client relationship building. The role demands dedication to quality research and strategic bidding to win projects that align with the company’s capabilities. Interns will assist in curating proposals that meet client requirements while optimizing the company’s freelancing profiles and gig offerings for maximum impact. This position does not require team management but does require strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively during scheduled night hours to match market demands.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant freelance projects and clients on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour.
- Prepare and tailor proposals for freelance projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and company strengths.
- Assist with the bidding process by submitting competitive and well-crafted bids on identified projects.
- Optimize freelance profiles and gig descriptions to enhance visibility and attractiveness to potential clients across various platforms.
- Maintain regular communication with potential clients to clarify project needs and negotiate project terms.
- Monitor project statuses and follow up on proposals to maximize the chances of winning bids.
- Collaborate with the team to gather insights and updates to improve future proposals and platform strategies.
- Manage daily tasks and deadlines effectively within the designated working hours to ensure consistent progress on assignments.
- Stay updated on trends, updates, and best practices related to freelancing platforms and online project acquisition.
- Assist in maintaining records and documentation of proposals, bids, and client communications to support operational transparency and review.
