Torix Solutions is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Intern to support our marketing and sales teams in identifying potential business opportunities through targeted research and outreach activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research using online platforms and social media channels to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to update and maintain accurate customer and prospect data.
- Qualify leads by assessing potential customer needs and readiness to engage with the sales team.
- Assist in the creation and execution of targeted email outreach campaigns to engage prospective clients and nurture leads.
- Perform detailed data entry and analysis to support sales strategies and identify trends in customer behavior.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and contribute insights from lead generation efforts.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and report lead data effectively.
- Maintain proficiency in communication tools to ensure prompt and professional outreach to prospects.
- Develop and refine lead generation skills by learning best practices in prospecting, email marketing, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and data protection regulations.
