Immediate joining is preferred for suitable candidates based in Islamabad at the PWD Housing Society or Gulberg Greens locations.
Responsibilities
- Contact US-based customers and leads to understand their home improvement needs and present offers clearly and professionally.
- Qualify potential customers by assessing their requirements and eligibility to ensure efficient sales processing.
- Handle customer objections and difficult conversations with professionalism and tact to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Leverage call center software, predictive dialer systems, and call routing tools to manage calls effectively and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and attention to detail when updating customer information and sales records.
- Follow a structured verification and sales process based on provided scripts and training materials to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance goals through persistent follow-up and effective communication.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to identify areas for improvement and support overall campaign success.
- Adapt quickly to changes in campaign procedures, scripts, or sales tactics to remain competitive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commit to the night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, maintaining professionalism and energy throughout working hours.
- Demonstrate responsibility and motivation driven by performance-based incentives to maximize earnings and contribute to the company's growth.
