Description

Transfo Tech Engineering Pvt. Ltd. seeks a skilled and motivated Electrical AutoCAD Draftsman to join our engineering team at the Korangi office. The ideal candidate will prepare and modify detailed electrical AutoCAD drawings including layouts, panel drawings, wiring diagrams, and other technical illustrations according to engineering requirements. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical symbols, layouts, and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. The role involves close coordination with engineering and production teams to meet drawing requirements and timely updates. The successful candidate should hold a minimum qualification of Intermediate and possess solid skills in AutoCAD Electrical. Prior experience in electrical drafting, especially related to electrical panels, switchgear, or technical engineering drawings is preferred, though fresh candidates with good AutoCAD skills may also apply. While this position does not involve managing a team, it demands attention to detail, precise documentation, and adherence to structured processes in drafting and revisions. The role offers a full-time engagement with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, located in Korangi No. 4, Zaman Town, Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update electrical AutoCAD drawings including layouts, panel drawings, and wiring diagrams based on engineering specifications.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate translation into AutoCAD formats.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive record of drawings, revisions, and related documentation in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to gather requirements and ensure drawings meet project needs.
• Perform quality checks on drawings to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to applicable standards and symbols.
• Incorporate necessary revisions and updates promptly as directed by engineers or project managers.
• Develop and maintain electrical drafting documentation for use in manufacturing, assembly, and installation processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting drawing-related issues by providing clarifications and corrections as necessary.
• Stay current with industry standards, electrical drafting practices, and software updates to optimize drawing quality and efficiency.
• Manage multiple drafting tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
