Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling and reviewing financial information.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for financial improvement.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and improve data accuracy.
- Perform audits and identify areas for internal control improvements to mitigate financial risks.
