Trickle Up is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual with at least two years of sales experience in a client-facing or B2B environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving consistent conversion rates aligned with department KPIs and revenue targets while driving sales across all product lines. Key activities include managing lead generation, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management to meet sales targets focusing on viewings booked, revenue generation, and memberships sales. The candidate must be adept at engaging with new and existing clients through various communication channels to schedule coworking day passes, meeting room bookings, and event space reservations effectively. The role demands excellent communication skills, with fluent English being essential for professional interactions with UK-based clients and partners. The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with internal teams, broker partners, and external clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and increased booking consistency. In addition to front-line sales activities, meticulous attention to detail in administration tasks such as CRM updates, reporting, and managing broker listings is critical. Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets across all product lines, focusing on viewings, memberships, and revenue generation.
- Manage and maintain an effective sales pipeline by prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing new business opportunities.
- Conduct high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and email communications to schedule viewings, confirm attendance, and close deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners and agents to increase lead volume and maximize business opportunities.
- Deliver solution-focused sales experiences by maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all products, center availability, and services.
- Conduct engaging office tours, coworking space tours, and event room viewings to assist prospects in making informed decisions.
- Use CRM systems to accurately process new leads, update client records, and diarize follow-ups and callbacks promptly.
- Negotiate with potential and existing clients to close deals via phone, email, and face-to-face communications.
- Collaborate with Centre Teams, Business Development Manager, and Client Development Managers to enhance sales knowledge and client offering across all locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate administration of sales and membership records, including maintaining broker listings, pricing updates, and product information.
- Employ thorough research techniques on prospects using social media and search engines to qualify leads and prepare for effective conversations.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics such as leads, viewings, no-shows, and cancellations as needed.
- Support a positive team culture and contribute constructively to collective success through consistent performance and accountability.
- Adapt to changing business needs with a positive attitude, proactively finding solutions to challenges encountered.
