Truck Dispatcher

Tridiza is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in US Truck Dispatching and be well-versed in dry van, reefer, and box truck operations. This role requires strong English communication and negotiation skills to efficiently manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, and maintain professional relationships with brokers. The Dispatcher will work closely with a team of 10 persons, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation to handle dispatch-related issues effectively. The ability to work night shifts in alignment with US business hours and manage multiple priorities under pressure is essential for success in this role. The Truck Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the entire dispatch process from load booking to delivery confirmation. Proficiency with load boards such as DAT and Truckstop, along with knowledge of US routes, lanes, and freight market rates, will support effective decision-making in finding profitable loads and negotiating competitive rates. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and dispatch software, and be motivated to deliver results while maintaining a high level of responsibility. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily truck dispatch operations to ensure efficient load assignment and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with a team of 10 dispatch personnel to optimize workflow and ensure clear communication.
• Find and secure profitable loads using industry load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with brokers to maximize profitability while maintaining strong business relationships.
• Book loads, confirm rates, and prepare all necessary dispatch documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor pickup and delivery schedules closely to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US trucking routes, lanes, and current freight market rates to make informed dispatch decisions.
• Address and resolve dispatch-related challenges efficiently under the pressures of tight schedules.
• Utilize basic computer tools including email, spreadsheets, and dispatch software to manage operations and communications.
• Ensure team members adhere to company policies and dispatch procedures for consistency and quality.
• Work night shifts aligned with US business hours to support continuous dispatch operations.
• Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with drivers and brokers to support long-term operational success.
