UI/UX Designer - Remote

Tropical Software Solutions seeks a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our fully remote team. This role focuses on crafting intuitive, attractive, and user-centered interfaces for web and SaaS applications. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of professional experience, a strong mastery of Figma, and a clear understanding of user experience principles and responsive design. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the designer enhances existing products and ensures design consistency across all digital platforms. The position does not involve managing a team but requires effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts. As part of our design team, you will produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and detailed visual designs. You will maintain and evolve design systems that support product scalability and maintain a modern, clean aesthetic. Sharp attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities are essential for successfully translating user needs and business goals into optimized digital experiences. Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and user-friendly web and SaaS interfaces that improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design concepts and user journey.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure design feasibility and product alignment.
• Enhance and iterate on existing product interfaces based on user feedback, usability testing, and evolving product requirements.
• Maintain and update design systems, UI components, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products.
• Apply user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices to optimize interfaces for various devices and screen sizes.
• Conduct research and stay informed of the latest trends and tools in UI/UX design to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Provide design documentation and specifications to support development teams in implementing designs accurately.
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers to elevate the overall quality of the design output.
