Affiliate Marketing Expert

Truing Bits is seeking a skilled Affiliate Marketing Expert with a minimum of two years of experience to drive and manage affiliate marketing programs. In this role, the expert will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and optimizing affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and revenue. This position requires a strong understanding of affiliate networks and the ability to actively manage affiliate relationships alongside monitoring campaign effectiveness through performance metrics. The ideal candidate demonstrates expertise in program management and performance marketing, excels in social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and is adept at generating and managing leads. While this position does not involve team management, the candidate must possess the ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to accomplish marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand the affiliate base.
• Manage relationships with affiliate networks and individual affiliates to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
• Optimize campaigns continuously by analyzing performance data, adjusting tactics, and improving conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on affiliate program performance and key performance indicators to measure success and identify opportunities.
• Engage with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to enhance lead generation and interaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and sales to align affiliate initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and strategies in affilite marketing to keep the program competitive.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and platform policies governing affiliate marketing and disclosures.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates to diversify and strengthen the affiliate network.
