UI/UX Designer

Description

Trusted Technologies is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience in creating engaging and user-friendly digital interfaces. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field and possesses strong hands-on experience with Figma. This role demands a strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and a proven ability to develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs, with a particular focus on mobile application design. The selected designer will work closely with developers, quality assurance engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of exceptional user experiences. Although this position does not involve team management, the role plays a critical part in contributing creative design solutions that align with the company’s goals and customer needs. Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving approach are essential for success in this position. This role requires a deep understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and design systems to create visually appealing and functional user interfaces. The candidate should have a portfolio demonstrating their previous UI/UX design work, showcasing their ability to translate user requirements and business objectives into effective design solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop high-fidelity UI designs for mobile applications that enhance usability and deliver an engaging user experience.
• Use Figma extensively to design, iterate, and collaborate on design systems and interface layouts.
• Ensure all designs follow best practices in typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy to maintain a cohesive and appealing look.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to integrate design solutions seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure consistency across different products and platforms.
• Review and refine designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing results.
• Stay updated with UI/UX industry trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and improve design strategies.
• Prepare and present design concepts and solutions for stakeholder review and approval.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards in all design deliverables.
• Solve design challenges creatively and efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
