Description
This full-time position based in Lahore offers a competitive starting salary with additional allowances and the prospect of permanent employment after six months, contingent upon performance. Successful candidates may advance to leadership roles including Head of Expansion or Team Leader. The Regional Officer plays a crucial role in achieving TTDEALS' expansion goals by actively recruiting and supporting TT Points across Punjab. Candidates will need to manage field operations independently without direct team management responsibilities, ensuring active participation of all verified points and consistent performance to meet company targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with shopkeepers throughout Punjab to recruit them as TT Points, explaining the verification process and benefits fully.
- Provide thorough training to new TT Points so they can effectively operate as live video deal verification centers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing TT Points to ensure their continuous activation and proper functioning within the company’s verification network.
- Conduct social media marketing campaigns primarily using Facebook and WhatsApp to promote deals and attract new participants.
- Meet and exceed expansion targets set by the company by using effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Travel extensively across Punjab to visit both existing and potential TT Points, showcasing flexibility and strong time management skills within fieldwork constraints.
- Manage personal conveyance requirements including maintenance and use of own motorbike and smartphone to facilitate field visits.
- Report regularly to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities to enhance TTDEALS’ market presence and operational efficiency.
