Twi Furnishing is seeking an experienced FACTORY Manager to oversee and coordinate daily production operations. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in production planning and management. This role involves managing a team of 25 personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining high standards of quality, and achieving production targets within the prescribed timelines. The FACTORY Manager plays a pivotal role in streamlining manufacturing processes, driving continuous improvements, and fostering a safe and productive work environment. The FACTORY Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to align production schedules with business goals, resolve operational challenges, and implement best practices in manufacturing. The role requires strong leadership skills to effectively supervise staff, motivate the team, and maintain clear communication across units. The successful candidate will also monitor equipment usage, manage inventory of raw materials, and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to sustain optimal factory performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of 25 production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage raw material availability and usage.
• Monitor and maintain machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Identify areas for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, legal requirements, and company policies within the factory.
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance metrics and inform decision-making.
• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot problems to avoid disruptions to the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure coordinated operations.
