Description
UA Enterprise is seeking a diligent Quality Control Inspector to oversee the production process of uniforms and garments. The ideal candidate follows the manufacturing stages closely to ensure that quality standards are maintained at every step. This role requires strict monitoring of daily progress and adherence to delivery timelines. The Quality Control Inspector collaborates closely with the production team and workers to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it plays a crucial part in maintaining the company's reputation for delivering high-quality finished products. The selected candidate performs thorough inspections of finished items to confirm product compliance with established quality criteria. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying defects or inconsistencies during production stages. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential to support seamless workflow between different production phases. This position contributes directly to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing operation by ensuring that all garments meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections at each stage of uniform and garment production to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the production team and workers to monitor daily progress and address any quality issues immediately.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Verify that finished products meet required specifications and quality benchmarks before delivery.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines by closely monitoring production schedules and reporting any delays or concerns.
- Implement corrective actions and quality improvements when defects or inconsistencies are identified.
- Support process improvements by providing feedback and recommendations to the production team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures during all production stages.
