UA Gallery is seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in accounting with a strong understanding of performance standards relevant to technical projects, particularly focusing on aspects such as security levels, processing speed, and device compatibility. This role requires working closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial management and compliance with regulatory policies. The accountant will focus on maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the company’s financial health, without managing a team.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including performance rules related to technological projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate accounting standards addressing security, device compatibility, and operational speed.
- Monitor company expenditures and revenues to detect trends and ensure financial efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in account balances promptly.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
- Support tax preparation activities and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.
- Continuously review and improve financial procedures and processes to enhance accuracy and performance.
