Umar and Khuzam Engineering is seeking an experienced Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects from inception through completion. This role requires expertise in architectural design and proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. The Architecture Engineer will lead a team of four professionals, ensuring project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands at least three years of relevant experience and a strong ability to manage collaborative teamwork effectively. In this role, the Architecture Engineer will create detailed 3D architectural visualizations to communicate design intent clearly to clients and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and engineers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. The candidate will oversee technical drawings, design documentation, and construction details while ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Effective leadership and organizational skills are essential to guide the team through complex projects while maintaining clear communication and strong coordination across all phases of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four architecture professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and implement architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other visualization tools.
• Create detailed 3D architectural visualizations to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to refine and approve architectural plans.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation required for construction and permitting.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and workflows to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Review and approve work produced by team members to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design solutions.
• Conduct site visits as necessary to monitor construction progress and address any architectural concerns.
