Description
In this position, you act as the central point for managing supply and delivery logistics, guaranteeing that all materials and goods reach their designated locations efficiently and on time. Your responsibilities include planning routes, coordinating with drivers and suppliers, managing stock levels, and resolving any issues that might arise during transportation. Your leadership and organizational skills will ensure that the large team under your management remains productive and aligned with UMN’s standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply chain processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Manage and supervise a team of 31 supply personnel, monitoring their daily tasks and performance.
- Plan and schedule transportation routes effectively within Faisalabad and nearby areas.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, stock, and transportation documentation.
- Collaborate with vendors, drivers, and other stakeholders to optimize supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Resolve logistical issues and delays promptly to avoid disruption in supply delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders as needed.
- Train and motivate team members to adhere to operational standards and improve productivity.
