Description
Unicon Estates is seeking a Real Estate Agent specializing in rental properties, with at least one year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates good working knowledge of the DHA and Clifton areas in Karachi and possesses excellent communication skills. This position requires proactively engaging with prospective tenants and showcasing available properties effectively. The Rental Agent plays a critical role in tenant screening to ensure the best matches between property owners and tenants. The Rental Agent is responsible for conducting property showings with professionalism and presenting property features to highlight value. The role calls for an individual who can support decision-making processes that benefit both the company and clients. Working independently without team management responsibilities, the agent ensures clear communication channels and timely follow-up throughout the rental process, providing excellent customer service and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property showings and demonstrate the features and benefits of various rental listings to prospective tenants.
- Perform tenant screening procedures, including background and credit checks, to identify qualified renters.
- Advise clients about the rental market conditions in the DHA and Clifton areas to facilitate informed decisions.
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain a schedule that optimizes availability and customer convenience.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders throughout the rental process.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and owners to facilitate successful agreements.
- Stay informed about local rental regulations and policies relevant to the DHA and Clifton areas.
