Unique Batteries is seeking an experienced EV Production Manager to lead and oversee the entire production process of electric vehicle battery manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electronics, electrical, or mechatronics engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the EV, automotive, or motorcycle manufacturing sectors. This role requires a dedicated professional who can drive production planning, quality control, and process improvements while ensuring safety compliance and operational efficiency. As the leader of a team of 10 persons, the EV Production Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production goals and maintain high standards of product quality. The EV Production Manager plays a critical role in supervising production workflows, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate must be well-versed in lean manufacturing principles and capable of managing capacity planning, material requirements planning, and quality assurance processes. The position also involves close collaboration with engineering, testing, and quality teams to maintain stringent testing protocols and safety measures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring that the products meet both internal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead EV motorcycle production, assembly, and supervision.
- Manage EV electrical systems, wiring, controllers, BLDC/PMSM motors, batteries & BMS.
- Oversee vehicle integration, testing, diagnostics & troubleshooting.
- Ensure QA/QC, safety, SOP compliance and process improvement.
- Handle production planning, technical problem-solving and manufacturing optimization.
- Coordinate End-of-Line (EOL) testing and quality control.
