Description
Universal Polymer Industries, under the brand Club, manufactures disposable food containers and lids. We need a field Sales Executive to bring in new customers across Karachi: restaurants, cloud kitchens, caterers, and disposable/packaging wholesalers.
You will visit businesses daily, show samples, close first orders, and follow up on WhatsApp to turn them into regular buyers. You will report directly to the owner.
Requirements: 2+ years of field sales experience (FMCG, packaging, disposables, or food supply), contacts in Karachi wholesale markets or the restaurant trade, own motorbike and licence, smartphone, fluent Urdu, and basic English.
We offer: Fixed salary + monthly performance bonus + fuel and mobile allowance.
Responsibilities
- Find and visit new customers daily: restaurants, cloud kitchens, caterers, and disposable/packaging wholesalers across Karachi
- Show product samples, share prices, and close first orders
- Follow up on WhatsApp to turn first orders into regular monthly buyers
- Negotiate orders within the company price list
- Collect payments from new customers on time
- Meet monthly targets for new customers and sales
- Send a daily report of visits, leads, and orders (WhatsApp or Excel)
Share market feedback with the owner: competitor prices, sizes in demand, and customer complaints
