In this position, you will collaborate with faculty members, students, and administrative staff to gather information and translate it into clear, concise, and impactful written content. You will oversee the workflow of the writing team, mentor team members, and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of communications. Your role is pivotal in supporting the college’s academic and promotional efforts through strategic content development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a writing team of 20 members, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and quality.
• Develop and produce a wide range of content including educational materials, articles, newsletters, and promotional texts.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and consistency in all written content.
• Edit, proofread, and refine content to meet institutional standards and audience expectations.
• Implement content strategies that align with the college’s goals and enhance its public image.
• Train and mentor team members to develop their writing skills and maintain high editorial standards.
• Coordinate deadlines and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor content performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with current trends in writing and content development to ensure innovative and effective communication.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and institutional policies in all content creation.
