Description
Ur Tasker is looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience operating computer systems to ensure smooth and efficient data processing and management. You will be responsible for managing daily computer operations, running software applications accurately, and maintaining the integrity of digital information. As a team leader, you will oversee a team of 18 persons, coordinating tasks and ensuring that operations meet the company's standards and deadlines. In this role, you will handle data entry tasks and operate various software tools effectively. You are expected to monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support team members to resolve technical problems. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will support the smooth functioning of all computer-related activities. This role requires disciplined multitasking and clear communication to ensure project goals are achieved on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate computer systems to perform data entry and processing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage daily computer operations, including monitoring system functionality and performance.
- Supervise and lead a team of 18 persons, assigning work tasks and ensuring productivity.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain data integrity and security by following company protocols and procedures.
- Run software tools and applications to support company operations and data management.
- Document operational processes and report system or process issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Train and support team members to improve their operational skills and productivity.
- Monitor system backups, updates, and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
