Urban Developers (A Chartered Town Planner) seeks a vigilant and dedicated Encroachment Officer with 4 years of experience to oversee encroachment-related matters. This role involves managing and monitoring encroachments on company land and properties, ensuring strict compliance with property regulations, and protecting the organization’s valuable assets. The officer will lead a team of 4 persons, coordinating efforts to prevent unauthorized occupation and maintain orderly land management. Responsibilities

• Identify, monitor, and report any encroachments on company land and properties promptly.
• Take proactive measures to prevent unauthorized occupation or use of the organization’s land assets.
• Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to a team of 4 persons engaged in encroachment monitoring and enforcement.
• Coordinate closely with relevant internal departments, local authorities, and stakeholders to address and resolve encroachment issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and field activities to verify compliance with property regulations and spot potential encroachments early.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all encroachment cases, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to encroachment monitoring, investigations, and resolutions for management review.
• Advise and support the organization on regulatory compliance, land administration policies, and encroachment prevention strategies.
• Respond promptly and professionally to complaints or inquiries regarding encroachment matters.
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal and organizational standards for land use and asset protection.
