Description
Urenza is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an ECOMERS Junior Shopify Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in e-commerce with a focus on Shopify store management and product catalog administration. This role suits a hardworking and responsible professional with at least six months of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of online retail. Equipped with a personal laptop and reliable internet, the candidate will work remotely to support our e-commerce operations efficiently. In this position, the Junior Shopify Assistant plays a key role in maintaining and updating the online product listings, processing orders accurately, and providing quality support for various e-commerce tasks. While no team management responsibilities are required, the role demands attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly. The candidate will gain hands-on experience working with the Shopify platform under the guidance of experienced staff, contributing to the overall success of Urenza’s online business.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product catalogs on the Shopify platform, ensuring accurate and appealing product information and images.
- Assist in processing customer orders promptly and accurately, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Support daily Shopify store operations including inventory monitoring, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members remotely to ensure consistent and reliable store performance.
- Maintain organized records of product listings, order histories, and customer interactions.
- Continuously learn and apply new skills related to Shopify store management and e-commerce trends.
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to support inventory and pricing strategies.
- Troubleshoot basic issues encountered during product listing or order processing and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding e-commerce transactions.
- Contribute ideas for improving online store functionality and customer experience.
