Vaygo seeks a dedicated Marketing Officer / Driver Acquisition Officer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience in lead generation, market research, and customer relationship management. This role focuses on attracting and engaging potential driver partners while executing strategic marketing initiatives to support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and an ability to work independently, contributing to expanding Vaygo's driver network and enhancing brand presence in targeted markets. As this position does not involve team management, the person will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive results efficiently.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to attract prospective drivers and build long-lasting relationships.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for driver acquisition.

Manage and grow lead generation pipelines through various channels including digital marketing, community outreach, and events.

Maintain and nurture customer relationships with existing drivers to improve retention and engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing messages align with company objectives and brand standards.

Regularly analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and driver acquisition efforts to optimize performance.

Ensure clear and timely communication with potential and current drivers to address inquiries and provide support.

Support the development of promotional materials and content that resonate with target driver audiences.

Adhere to company policies and maintain professional conduct in all marketing and acquisition activities.

Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends relevant to driver acquisition.
