Velqano is seeking a dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you play a critical part in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential clients, specifically within the USA service-based business sector. You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, gathering accurate contact information, and maintaining lead data integrity within our CRM and Google Sheets systems. Working closely with the sales team, you will support ongoing outreach efforts by delivering high-quality, qualified leads that enable better customer engagement and business growth. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong data analysis and research skills, comfortable using online tools, and able to meet daily lead qualification targets. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or lead generation but it is not mandatory. Competence in using CRM software and email marketing platforms is essential. You must demonstrate precision in verifying business and contact details to avoid duplications and outdated information. Good written English skills are required to ensure clear communication and accurate data entry. As part of the role, you will adhere to your team’s working schedule and collaborate effectively without managing a team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and gather data on service-based businesses across the USA.
- Qualify leads by verifying key business information including name, location, phone number, website, and key contact details.
- Ensure data accuracy by eliminating duplicates, fake leads, and outdated information to maintain a high-quality lead database.
- Input and manage lead data consistently and cleanly in CRM software and Google Sheets to facilitate easy access and tracking.
- Meet or exceed daily targets for the number of qualified leads to support ongoing sales activities.
- Utilize sales prospecting techniques and list segmentation to optimize lead generation and targeting efforts.
- Communicate effectively via email marketing tools and CRM platforms to help streamline lead nurturing and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team by aligning work schedules and sharing lead information efficiently to enhance team productivity.
- Continuously improve research and data analysis skills by leveraging various online tools and resources.
- Maintain good written communication skills to ensure clarity, professionalism, and precision in all documentation and lead handling.
