Proficiency in telephone etiquette and accent neutralization is essential to maintain clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

• Maintain accurate data entry of customer information, call details, and resolution within the system.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient call center operations.
• Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
