Voltix is seeking a motivated and proactive Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate is an engineering graduate with an MBA preferred, possessing practical, hands-on experience and the ability to work independently. This role requires someone willing to take full responsibility for driving performance improvements and supporting the growth of the business. You will manage a team of three persons, guiding them to meet company goals through effective project oversight and operational excellence. As an Operations Manager at Voltix, you play a critical role in overseeing supply chain management, quality assurance, and the implementation of total quality management principles. Your focus on performance metrics and process improvement will ensure streamlined operations and enhanced productivity. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align operational strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high standards within the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of three personnel to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and enhance productivity.
- Oversee supply chain activities to guarantee the timely sourcing and delivery of materials and products.
- Establish, track, and analyze performance metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain high-quality standards by implementing quality assurance and total quality management practices.
- Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely and successful completion of operational initiatives.
- Manage resource allocation and budgeting to support operational objectives and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with departments across the company to align operations with overall business strategies.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Proactively identify risks and issues in the operational processes and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture by encouraging innovative approaches and best practices.
