The ideal candidate will assist in creating and improving websites with a focus on responsive web design to ensure optimal user experiences across all devices. This role provides exposure to fundamental web technologies and practical application in a collaborative environment. The intern will not be managing a team but will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced developers and business development teams to understand project requirements and contribute effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, coding, and modifying websites according to W3 Tech Labs’ project specifications, ensuring they are user-friendly and visually appealing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, to gather and interpret website requirements and objectives.

Implement responsive web design techniques to ensure websites function well on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Test websites for usability, troubleshooting and resolving issues to enhance performance and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas.

Support the updating and maintenance of existing web pages and content.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.

Document development processes, code changes, and testing results clearly and accurately.

Follow company protocols and standards to ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables.

Assist with other web-related tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the development team and business goals.
