This role is ideal for sales professionals with 1 to 10+ years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center environments. The Senior Qualifier drives lead qualification efforts during the night shift, employing strong communication skills and persuasion techniques to identify prospects and generate new sales opportunities. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent objection-handling skills and a career-oriented mindset who is comfortable working onsite during night hours. The successful candidate will play a critical role in nurturing customer relationships to enhance retention and contribute to the company’s growth. The role involves active follow-up on leads, closing deals effectively, and providing superior customer service by listening attentively to customer concerns and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential sales prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls to assess lead viability and advance the sales pipeline effectively.
