Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and oversee renovation projects within government departments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead a team of 30 professionals, assigning tasks, setting goals, and monitoring performance to achieve project objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate communication among team members, government officials, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain quality management practices, applying Total Quality Management (TQM) principles to ensure high standards.
- Monitor project progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and government representatives.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead problem-solving efforts and provide guidance to the team to overcome project obstacles.
