Warsan Homoeopathic Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor Production to oversee and manage the manufacturing processes within the production facility. This role demands a hands-on leader who can ensure efficient production operations, maintain strict quality standards, and enforce safety compliance. The Supervisor Production will lead a team of 5 persons, driving continuous improvement initiatives while aligning production activities with organizational goals. This position requires at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with excellent communication skills and a formal qualification of FC or bachelor's degree. The successful candidate will coordinate production planning, monitor quality control measures, and apply root cause analysis to resolve production issues effectively. Commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization is essential. The Supervisor Production will work closely with cross-functional teams to schedule tasks and maintain safety standards, fostering a productive work environment that supports both employee well-being and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet or exceed quality and output targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5 production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
• Plan and schedule production runs to optimize use of resources and meet deadlines.
• Monitor quality control checkpoints and ensure all products comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Enforce safety compliance by adhering to established safety protocols and conducting regular safety audits.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot production problems and develop corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clear understanding of production goals and issues.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports to support operational transparency and decision-making.
