Water Regime Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably in the water treatment industry. The ideal candidate holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, BS Technology Engineering, or a DAE Electrical qualification and brings expertise in instrumentation and electrical system design. This role involves handling site execution, troubleshooting, and coordinating projects with a focus on sustainable engineering solutions. The engineer will manage a team of two persons and collaborate closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of industrial and water treatment projects. The role requires proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, control panel layout design, and calibration and testing, with hands-on experience in Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC expertise highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instrumentation and electrical systems for industrial and water treatment projects ensuring compliance with technical standards.

• Program, configure, and maintain PLCs, including Mitsubishi and Siemens systems, to control automation processes efficiently.

• Perform calibration, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems to guarantee optimal functionality.

• Design control panel layouts and configure Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems to enhance operational usability and safety.

• Utilize AutoCAD Electrical for creating detailed electrical drawings and documentation supporting project designs.

• Execute troubleshooting and maintenance tasks promptly on site to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

• Lead and supervise a team of two engineers or technicians, providing guidance and ensuring quality and timely completion of project tasks.

• Coordinate closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project objectives.

• Monitor project progress and deliverables, maintaining proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to schedules and budgets.

• Apply industry best practices to develop sustainable engineering solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in business development activities by supporting technical proposals and client communications when required.

• Continuously update technical skills and knowledge to stay current with advancements in electrical and instrumentation engineering technologies.
