Study Abroad Counselor Female

Description

In this role, the counselor will be responsible for conducting personalized consultations, screening candidate applications, and liaising with foreign universities to facilitate admissions. They will also actively engage in generating leads via multiple communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media, including managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The counselor will maintain accurate records of all inquiries and sales, participate in meetings with students and parents, and perform various daily office activities while upholding the company’s professional image. Candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, or counseling and who reside near New City, Phase 2, Wah Cantt are preferably selected. The role offers a competitive base salary complemented by attractive commission structures and prospects for salary increments based on performance and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed counseling sessions with students and parents to provide guidance on study abroad opportunities and admission procedures.
• Generate new student leads through phone calls, WhatsApp communication, social media engagement, and walk-in inquiries.
• Contact and communicate with international universities to handle application processes and admission requirements effectively.
• Screen prospective candidates thoroughly by reviewing applications and verifying documents to ensure eligibility and accuracy.
• Arrange and attend meetings with students and their guardians to discuss academic programs, requirements, and admission progress.
• Create and assist with social media content development and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to boost lead generation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student inquiries, application statuses, and sales performance.
• Perform daily office tasks, including multitasking across various administrative duties, to support overall office workflow.
• Represent Waterfall Globals with professionalism, ensuring a positive image during all interactions with clients and partners.
• Work independently while managing time effectively to meet targets and contribute to the consultancy’s expansion goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine counseling strategies and optimize lead conversion rates.
• Provide consultative admissions advising tailored to each student’s educational goals and background.
