We Custom Boxes is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Sales Representative to join our USA-based packaging campaign team. The ideal candidate will bring at least six months of experience in customer service roles involving both inbound and outbound calls. This position operates on a night shift basis, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at our Al-Hafeez Executive office in Gulberg 3, Lahore. The role requires a focused and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver exceptional service and sales support. This position offers a fixed salary complemented by an attractive commission structure, with a salary budget ranging from PKR 60,000 to 100,000. The compensation package is negotiable depending on relevant experience and interview performance. Candidates will have a direct role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth by expertly handling customer inquiries and promoting packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently to support the USA-based packaging campaign.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and campaign details to potential and existing customers.
- Support customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions.
- Utilize campaign planning skills to contribute to the smooth execution of sales and marketing efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and campaign progress.
- Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Adapt to night shift hours and maintain high productivity during assigned working times.
- Follow company policies and data protection standards to ensure confidentiality and trustworthiness.
- Continuously update knowledge about packaging products and market trends to enhance service quality.
