WebNcodes is looking for a Junior AI & Computer Operator to join their team. This role requires someone proficient in generative AI tool operation and skilled in basic computer and operating system functions. The ideal candidate must have experience with AI agents and large language models, such as ChatGPT and similar tools, paired with strong data entry abilities to ensure accuracy. This position demands a motivated individual with clear written communication skills in English who works effectively during the night shift. The candidate will not be managing a team but will play a key role supporting AI-related projects and computer operations to ensure smooth daily workflows. The Junior AI & Computer Operator must be detail-oriented and capable of learning quickly to adapt to evolving technologies within the company. The role emphasizes responsibility for accurate data handling, troubleshooting minor IT issues, and maintaining efficient operations of computer systems and AI tools. Responsibilities

• Operate generative AI tools and large language model applications to assist with project requirements and customer interactions.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain high standards of data quality and integrity during all computer tasks.
• Manage computer and operating system functions including navigation, file management, and software utilization efficiently.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of IT issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Utilize AI agent tools effectively for research, content generation, and data management ensuring optimal usage.
• Communicate clearly in written English to document processes, report issues, and support team communication.
• Work independently during night shifts while maintaining a dependable and consistent work ethic.
• Adapt quickly to new AI technologies and software updates to continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with supervisors and technical teams to escalate complex problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information and AI-generated data.
