The Wellness Industry Institute is seeking a dedicated professional to manage daily operations and support functions crucial for smooth business activities. This role involves managing a team of 50 persons and ensuring effective execution of storekeeping, data entry, and networking tasks within the wellness sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal communication networks while fostering a productive working environment within the organization located in Islamabad. The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years of age with at least matric-level education. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless workflow. The role requires hands-on involvement in store management, updating and maintaining data integrity, as well as facilitating connectivity and information flow both within and outside the institute.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock management, and replenishment.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of 50 persons to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Maintain accurate data entry of all store transactions, employee records, and customer information.
• Ensure proper networking infrastructure within the institute to support communication and operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to align store functions with organizational goals.
• Monitor and update inventory databases regularly to reflect current stock status.
• Implement procedures for effective record keeping and data management to maintain compliance.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store and data management staff.
• Oversee maintenance of physical and digital assets related to store and networking functions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory, team performance, and operational challenges.
• Address and resolve issues related to store operations, data discrepancies, and network connectivity troubles.
• Ensure workplace safety standards are followed across the team and the store facilities.
• Support strategic planning activities by providing insights based on store and inventory data.
• Promote a positive work culture by encouraging teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
